& Supervision
Our in-house design team produces technically rigorous engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation for electrical, civil, and process disciplines. Combined with hands-on site supervision and QA/QC implementation, we ensure full alignment between design intent and constructed outcome — from concept through to final as-built documentation.
Engineering Drawings & Specifications
Single line diagrams, layout drawings, equipment schedules, cable schedules, P&IDs, and structural drawings produced using AutoCAD and industry tools.
Resident Engineering & Site Supervision

Testing &
Commissioning
Our testing and commissioning engineers conduct comprehensive pre-energisation tests, relay coordination studies, loop checks, and functional verification procedures for all electrical and mechanical systems. We manage the full pre-commissioning through to live energisation, handover, and operational acceptance — with full test record documentation provided to the client.
Electrical Pre-Commissioning Tests
Insulation resistance, continuity, hi-potential (hi-pot), contact resistance, and earth resistance testing on all electrical installations before energisation.
Protection Relay Testing & Coordination
Secondary injection testing of overcurrent, differential, distance, and earth fault relays. Protection coordination studies and grading reports.
System Functional Testing & Energisation
End-to-end loop checks, instrument calibration, control system functional tests, phasing verification, and supervised first-time energisation procedures.
Handover Documentation
Complete commissioning record packs including test certificates, punch list clearance, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and client acceptance sign-off.
